The hotel was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and cozy with beautiful interior decor. The staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the mouth-watering dinner and breakfast with a wide variety of fruits on offer. We also loved having access to an honesty fridge in the fully-equipped kitchen. The location was central to all attractions and facilities in the city, making it easy and convenient to explore.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would have appreciated some homemade desserts or pastries to complement the amazing meals. Besides that, we honestly could not fault anything. We had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Spent Christmas there, great wildlife views from the garden and enjoyed the delicious dinner under the stars. the cozy bed and beautiful rooms were an added bonus. Plus, the location was perfect for visiting both Kruger Park and other private reserves.

Wish there were more homemade dessert options, but overall there was nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend for families or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who provided excellent dry cleaning and housekeeping services. They even offered a paid airport shuttle, making our arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel had a lovely poolside snack bar where we could enjoy a refreshing drink, and the dining options were fantastic, with delicious dinner options and special diet menus available. The hotel had a relaxing sun terrace and sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful garden area. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus.
